To request a service ticket to be opened, please follow the guidelines below:

It is important to always contact the helpdesk directly for prompt service and scheduling since contacting a technician directly without a ticket will not have any calls or service scheduled.

  • If you are waiting for an online session, please click here  when instructed and be prepared to provide your session sode to our staff.
  • Call our helpdesk during normal business hours (from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday) at 434-984-8426.
  • You can also Fax your request to the helpdesk at 434-465-6967.
